Noon – 1:00 PM Launching a Career in Theater
Actor and director Marc Warzecha describes his entrée into the theatrical world and discusses opportunities for local aspiring performers. Marc has worked with The Second City in Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas and Los Angeles as an actor, director and instructor, and has received many honors, including a Joseph Jefferson nomination for "Best Director". His work as a member of the satiric ensemble The Public Service Administration can be seen on YouTube and has been featured on CNN's Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, ABC's Nightline and Newsweek magazine. He is currently directing Kwame A River 2: The Wrath of Conyers (which he also created) at the Andiamo Novi Theatre. (Northville Square-133 W. Main)

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Raku Fire Event offered by Broughton Music & Art Center.
Pieces glazed earlier in the day will be 'Raku fired' in the evening. This is an interactive event and a unique experience to witness as pieces are removed from the Raku kiln in a glowing red state. These pieces are then moved to a reduction chamber of various dried leaves, coffee grounds and other materials to create textures and oxidations to the pieces, thus rendering 'one of a kind' works of art!
